The SuperSource Powerlock Spiral Insert Cutterhead is designed for ultimate-performance planing and contour profiling in high-speed, high-throughput automatic moulders. Utilizing an integrated Powerlock shank (HSK-85WS interface), it ensures perfect alignment and concentricity. The indexable carbide insert knives are arranged in a helical spiral configuration, providing a continuous shear angle that greatly reduces cutting forces, limits noise level, and produces an extremely smooth, tear-out-free surface finish.
Maximum Operation Speed: 12000 rpm.
Ideal for solid wood, MDF, and other composite panels.
